Website and Platform Terms

Pre-launch status
MileOffer is developing a local last-mile delivery network. Website content describing planned operations, coverage, driver matching, merchant tools, dispatch, tracking, or other capabilities may describe developing features and does not guarantee that a service is currently available.
Driver waitlist and accounts
Joining the driver waitlist or creating a driver profile is not an offer of employment, independent-contractor engagement, delivery work, route access, earnings, or acceptance into a future driver program. Any future driver relationship, eligibility standards, insurance requirements, background screening, vehicle requirements, payment terms, and operating rules may be governed by separate onboarding materials and agreements.
Business accounts and delivery requests
Creating a business account, submitting a delivery request, or receiving an estimated response does not by itself create a confirmed booking, binding rate commitment, service-level agreement, exclusivity arrangement, or guarantee of delivery capacity. A delivery is considered accepted only when MileOffer provides a clear confirmation under the applicable commercial terms.
Customer accounts and tracking
Customer accounts and tracking tools are provided for convenience. Delivery status information may change as an order progresses. A tracking code is intended for the sender, recipient, or another authorized person and should not be shared publicly.
Delivery information
Users are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, timing, item, weight, dimension, handling, and contact information. Certain goods, hazardous materials, regulated items, oversized shipments, high-value items, or other categories may require additional review or may not be accepted.
Platform use
You agree not to misuse the site or platform, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, misuse tracking codes, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
The platform may depend on third-party hosting, database, authentication, email, mapping, AI, communications, payment, or other service providers. Availability of those providers may affect certain features.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the network, account systems, delivery services, and commercial programs develop.
